Turning the setting off does not delete reports already received. A report created earlier may remain on the device and be sent if the setting is enabled again. This choice does not disable the essential guest player identity, SC code or Rival League. While optional reports are enabled, the existing SC code may link usage reports to the same game profile; stability reports receive no player code. Turning the setting off clears the usage-report identity.

Delete Rival League data

Open Sector Clash → Settings → Delete Rival League Data, review the explanation, and confirm Delete Permanently. This removes your online guest profile and SC code, League profile, rank, medals, pending matches, and results. Startup does not recreate the identity in the same running session; a later game launch or explicitly opened online feature may create a new guest identity and code. Campaign progress, upgrades, items, and settings remain on your device.

If you no longer have access to the app, email privacy@sectorclash.com. Include the platform, approximate last Rival League match time, and display name. These details may not always be enough to identify a specific profile after app data is cleared.

On iOS, go to system Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking to change tracking permission. Android advertising privacy controls vary by OS version and region. Refusing personalized advertising or opting out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising does not block gameplay; it may result in non-personalized, limited, or no advertising inventory.

Platform account connection and recovery

Settings lets you connect the current Google Play Games or Apple Game Center account to your online Firebase/SC identity. An existing platform session may be reused silently once per launch. A previously linked account can restore its online identity on the same platform after reinstall; guest accounts and Campaign saves are not merged. Signing out of the platform stops future platform-session reuse but does not itself delete the Firebase account or existing link. Use Delete Rival League Data to delete the online guest identity and its link, or contact privacy@sectorclash.com. Campaign progress stays on the device.

Campaign progress is stored on your device. Clearing app data or uninstalling can permanently remove Campaign progress, inventory, upgrades, and settings. Device backups may restore some data.

The Supporter Pack is currently unavailable, and there is no active in-game purchase offer. If you have a question about a previous store transaction or related data, contact privacy@sectorclash.com with your platform and store order number. Do not send payment-card details. Refund requests go through Apple or Google store support; deleting a related record does not refund or erase the store transaction.
